CACCN Constitution & By-Laws
The Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses is incorporated under the Canada Corporation Act and is governed by the regulations contained in the constitution and bylaws and such other bylaws as from time to time may be in force.
Our Constitution and Bylaws were originally created in August 1984 and have undergone numerous revisions since that time. The CACCN Constitution and Bylaws were last revised by the membership at the Annual General Meeting on September 27, 2009 in Fredericton, NB.
