CACCN Constitution & By-Laws
The Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses is incorporated under the Canada Corporation Act and is governed by the regulations contained in the constitution and bylaws and such other bylaws as from time to time may be in force.
Our Constitution and Bylaws were originally created in August 1984 and have undergone numerous revisions since that time. The CACCN Constitution and Bylaws were last revised by the membership at the Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2010 in Edmonton, Alberta
CACCN Constitution and Bylaws 2010
As announced at the CACCN Annual General Meeting in September 2012, CACCN will be undergoing the process of preparing the new CACCN Constitution and Bylaws in early 2013 to comply with the changes implemented by Corporations Canada under the Canada Not For Profit Corporations Act.
These changes must be completed and approved by the membership
to meet the Corporations Canada deadline in October 2014.
