  • Please note, a deposit of $ 500.00 per booth space reserved, must accompany the reservation form.

  • Early bird registration ends April 30, 2012
  • Full payment must be received by April 30, 2012 to qualify for the Early Bird Exhibit Rates
  • If full payment is not received by the above noted date, Regular Exhibit Rates will be applied and invoiced

Dynamics Cancellation Policy
  • Written cancellation of the exhibit space received prior to June 30, 2012, refund will be 80% of the fees paid to date of cancellation
  • If written cancellation is received after June 30, 2012, no refund will be provided
