Please consider the following guidelines before applying:
- CACCN has an extensive database keeping track of all members of CACCN of the past and present. If you were a member after 1995 then we will have you listed in our database. To avoid duplicate records please click renewal and use the number on your membership card.
- If you do not have this number available please contact our National Office at 1-866-477-9077 or email caccn@caccn.ca with your full name and address.
CACCN Online Membership Processing is a secure payment form. if you experience any difficulties using this online application please contact National Office so that we can make this process easier for you!
Should you wish to complete a paper application, you may send to our secure fax at 519-649-1458 with your credit card number/expiry date or submit with a cheque/money order. Please download the full application or complete the one page application.
