St. Thomas' Hospital, London, England  - July 29, 2011

In July 2011, Ruth Trinier, Director, CACCN National Board took time from her personal travel itinerary to meet with David Waters and Colette Laws-Chapman, Directors of the National Board for the British Association of Critical Care Nurses in London, England.  David and Colette were delighted with the contact with a similar association and graciously provided Ruth with a tour of St. Thomas’ Hospital, the setting for Florence Nightingale’s original nursing school and also her museum.

Kate Mahon, CACCN President (r) and Teddie Tanguay, CACCN Vice-President (l) had the opportunity to view the Florence Nightingale Exhibit while at the NTI Conference in Chicago in May 2011.
They had their photo taken in front of an exhibit of Florence's original letters.
The exhibit was sponsored by the University of Phoenix, College of Nursing.
