CACCN Communication Boards
CACCN National Office provides CACCN Communication Boards to hospitals across the country who are interested in sharing CACCN information with their critical care units. Four to six times per year, CACCN National Office will forward a package of information to stock the boards.
The boards are light weight, easy to hang, maintenance free and are available at no cost !

If you are interested in a communication board please:
- have a staff member who will be the hospial liaison to receive the information
- obtain permission from your hospital to hang the board in your unit
- complete the communication board request form and
- send to CACCN National Office at caccn@caccn.ca or by facsimile to 519-649-1458.
A fully stocked communiation board will be sent out to you !
